We have been selling Robot Vacuum Cleaners in Australia for over 6 years. We always strive to offer the best products at the most competitive prices with after sales service to match. Our staff personally use all the products we sell as we believe they are great products that every family will love.

How long does it take for me to get my order?

Around 90% of the time we will ship your ordered products within 24 hours. We always try our best to get the purchased products to you as soon as we can. Currently we use Australia Post as well as a network of couriers. Like most shipping companies, on the odd occasion, they experience delays which are beyond our control.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping email. For Asutralia Post deliveries, the tracking on the website is only updated when the item arrives at your closest depot. Before that, the site will say "No events currently found". This does not mean your item is lost or has not been shipped.

What if I experience an issue with my product within the warranty period?

If your Vacuum develops a fault within the warranty period then please send us an email on

When emailing us, please include the following details:

1) When did the item develop the fault?

2) Have you tried taking the battery out for 20 seconds and then putting it back in?

3) Is it possible to take a short video of the issue using a smartphone? The video should include the robots behaviour as well as any error lights displayed.

We will try our best to resolve your issue over email. If we are unable to resolve it then the next step would be to send the unit back to us. Once we receive the unit we will either repair or replace  the faulty part or entire unit.

Do you offer extended warranties?

We currently don't however we are investigating the option and should have a solution in the next few months.

Do your items ship with Australian Power supplies and Australian plugs?

Yes, all our Robots come with Australian approved power supplies as well as Australian Plugs. This means that you don't need any adapter or converter.

What shipping methods do you use?

We either use Australia Post or a network of Couriers depending on the delivery destination and the size of the order.

Are all your accessories on your site genuine?

Almost all of the accessories are genuine iRobot products. If it is not a genuine iRobot product then we will state this in the product description by using the term "after market" or "non-genuine". All of our after market accessories are of the highest quality and if you are not saitisfied with the item then feel free to return it for a full refund.
