Our Roomba was delivered at midday yesterday – only 28 hours after the order was placed.  Great service.


Hi folks, Just wanted to let you know I picked up my shipment from the depot on Friday (as I wanted it for the weekend) and put it to work almost immediately. IN a word….fantastic! The Neato Botvac 80 (Tippy) for the past week has been doing an outstanding job, working a treat even with our black shiny floors.  A bonus is that my 4 girls are co-operating by not leaving things on the floor.  Now that is truly amazing!!! My excitement has spread with demonstrations to family and friends.  Thank you.


We received the new charger yesterday. We charged the Scooba overnight without a problem. The unit ran it's first cycle this morning with complete success!

I'd just like to pass on a compliment on your incredibly efficient and speedy service. After ordering a Roomba 780 on Easter Monday, it arrived on my desk early on Wednesday. I've never experienced such a quick turnaround from an online retailer. I've got quite a few friends who are interested to hear of my experiences with the Roomba and, provided they're positive, I'll definitely be driving them to you guys for their purchases.


We’ve received our Neato XV Signature Pro yesterday and already love it! It’s performed exactly as we’d hoped.We have a Dyson Animal which I had used on the carpet before releasing Neato. Neato still managed to half fill his dust bin. Thanks for your great service.
